Causa — AI-Powered Incident RCA for Kubernetes, cloud & bare metal

Your on-call engineer is paged at 2 AM. Causa investigates the incident like a senior SRE — correlating logs, events, and traces across every signal — and delivers a full root cause analysis in under 60 seconds.

Forge — Bare Metal Orchestration with Cloud Developer Experience

Forge gives bare metal servers the same developer experience as cloud — clean APIs, zero-touch provisioning, Kubernetes integration, and GPU topology scheduling — without cloud vendor lock-in or the cloud tax.

Built different, on purpose

We don't build platforms. We build tools — each one focused on a single job, done exceptionally well.

🎯

Focused, not bloated

Each Infranexis product owns one problem. No feature creep, no forced bundles, no becoming the platform you're trying to replace.

💰

ROI from day one

Every product we ship has a clear, measurable return. You can calculate the value before you install it. No vague productivity gains.

Works with your stack

We don't ask you to rip and replace. Our tools integrate with Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, Kubernetes — whatever you already use.

🔒

Your data stays yours

Agents run inside your network. Log content and incident data never leave your infrastructure. Only anonymous counters reach our dashboards.

🤖

AI that earns its keep

We use AI where it genuinely helps — suggesting filter rules, investigating incidents — not as a buzzword on every feature. If it doesn't save you time, it's not in the product.

🚀

Minutes, not months

Every product is designed for a single-command install and measurable value in the first session. If setup requires a professional services engagement, we've failed.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Infranexis and our products.

What is Infranexis?
Infranexis is an infrastructure software company building focused tools for platform engineers and SRE teams. Our products — Causa, Lens, and Forge — each solve a single, high-value problem: Causa automates incident root cause analysis across Kubernetes, cloud, and bare metal infrastructure, Lens reduces observability costs through intelligent log routing, and Forge brings cloud-like orchestration to bare metal servers.
Who are Infranexis products built for?
Our products are built for platform engineers, SREs, and DevOps teams running modern infrastructure — teams managing Kubernetes clusters, observability pipelines, or bare metal server fleets. The tools are designed to integrate with your existing stack and deliver measurable ROI from day one, without replacing what already works.
How does Causa diagnose infrastructure incidents?
Causa runs an agentic investigation when an incident fires — correlating logs, events, metrics, and traces across your entire stack. It works across Kubernetes, cloud, and bare metal infrastructure, integrating with PagerDuty, Datadog, Grafana, and OpsGenie. It delivers a full root cause analysis in under 60 seconds without requiring any code changes to your existing infrastructure.
How is Causa different from PagerDuty or incident.io?
PagerDuty and incident.io route and manage incidents — they tell you something is wrong and who should fix it. Causa investigates why it's wrong. It's a root cause analysis engine that correlates signals across logs, events, and traces to identify the specific cause. Most teams run Causa alongside their existing on-call tooling rather than replacing it.
How does Lens reduce my observability bill?
Lens sits between your infrastructure and your observability backend (Datadog, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana Loki, CloudWatch). It scores every log line by signal value and routes intelligently — tiering to different destinations based on priority, cost, or compliance rules. Most teams see 40–70% cost reduction in the first week without losing visibility into critical events.
What observability backends does Lens support?
Lens works with any backend that accepts logs — Datadog, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana Loki, AWS CloudWatch, Google Cloud Logging, and any OpenTelemetry-compatible destination. You can route to multiple destinations simultaneously with different rules for each.
Does Infranexis store or access my log data?
No. All Infranexis agents run entirely inside your network — log content, incident data, and infrastructure details never leave your environment. Only anonymous counters (bytes processed, logs routed/dropped) are transmitted to Infranexis for billing purposes. Your data stays in your infrastructure at all times.
Is there a free tier for Causa or Lens?
Yes. Both Causa and Lens are currently in beta with free access. Causa includes 50 free RCAs per month. Lens has a free tier based on daily log volume. See each product's pricing page for current limits and paid plan details.
How long does it take to deploy Causa or Lens?
Both products are designed for a single-command install with measurable value in the first session. Most teams are up and running in under 5 minutes — one kubectl command for Kubernetes, or a single curl | bash for any Linux host.
What is Forge?
Forge is Infranexis's bare metal orchestration product. It gives physical servers the same developer experience you'd expect from a cloud provider — zero-touch provisioning via iPXE, automatic Kubernetes node enrollment, GPU topology scheduling for NVLink workloads, and a unified control plane for your entire server fleet. Forge is currently in active development.
