It delivers a full root cause analysis in under 60 seconds without requiring any code changes to your existing infrastructure.

PagerDuty and incident.io route and manage incidents — they tell you something is wrong and who should fix it. Causa investigates why it's wrong. It's a root cause analysis engine that correlates signals across logs, events, and traces to identify the specific cause. Most teams run Causa alongside their existing on-call tooling rather than replacing it.

Lens sits between your infrastructure and your observability backend (Datadog, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana Loki, CloudWatch). It scores every log line by signal value and routes intelligently — tiering to different destinations based on priority, cost, or compliance rules. No. All Infranexis agents run entirely inside your network — log content, incident data, and infrastructure details never leave your environment. Only anonymous counters (bytes processed, logs routed/dropped) are transmitted to Infranexis for billing purposes. Your data stays in your infrastructure at all times.

Forge is Infranexis's bare metal orchestration product. It gives physical servers the same developer experience you'd expect from a cloud provider — zero-touch provisioning via iPXE, automatic Kubernetes node enrollment, GPU topology scheduling for NVLink workloads, and a unified control plane for your entire server fleet. Forge is currently in active development.
